Disaster Preparedness and Post-Disaster Reconstruction
We hosted the Z Zurich Foundation at the Psychosocial Support Center in Hatay

There, we met with Yılmaz Yıldız, the CEO of Zurich Insurance Group Turkey, and Gregory Renand, the president of the Z Zurich Foundation. We came together in the Needs Map Container Living Area, which we operate as part of the Side by Side project, implemented with the support of the Z Zurich Foundation and in cooperation with Zurich Turkey.
Children, women, volunteers, and supporters came together in workshops where they had hopeful conversations and established strong bonds.
We are entering into a partnership to produce food for disaster areas!

Belfante & Catoni International and Needs Map are joining forces to produce food for disaster zones and other affected areas.
After visiting the production facility in Adana Yumurtalık, we decided to collaborate on R&D, sales, marketing, and logistics to develop healthy food products, especially disaster and emergency response food.
Through this partnership, we aim to provide swift and effective solutions before, during, and after disasters.
We organized a shopping festival at the Women’s Business Development Community Center

The event took place at the Kahramanmaraş Women’s Business Development Community Center, which is operated by the Kahramanmaraş Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and is located in the Needs Map Kahramanmaraş Container Living Area.
The purpose of the festival was to increase the promotional and commercial capacity of women entrepreneurs operating in the center.
Be Hope for the Fire Zone by donating to the cause

Many fires in different regions of our country have affected not only forests, but also habitats, livelihoods, and the lives of many creatures. Through the “Be Hope for the Fire Region” campaign, we aim to support the urgent basic needs of those affected by the fires and work together to rebuild the region in the long term. This campaign is more than a call for support; it is the beginning of new lives and hopes that we build and nurture together through solidarity.

Technology for Goodness
We introduced the Child Needs Map project

As part of the ACAR Project, we partnered with municipalities and civil society organizations (CSOs) in Izmir to present the “Child Needs Map” project, which we developed in collaboration with UNICEF Turkey and Needs Map. We also presented the “Training on Strengthening the Capacity of Civil Society and Municipalities to Collect and Use Child-Focused Data.”

In cooperation with Needs Map and FLO, we were in Bursa

We were at the Ali Tekin Primary School in Orhangazi, Bursa. With the help of Needs Map and FLO, we put on a play called The Story of the Incompetent King for the children.
The artbox agency took photos and videos of the activities carried out with FLO volunteers in Istanbul and with the Needs Map team, FLO volunteers, and children in Hatay.
We visited the Ihsan Uzun Secondary School in the Saray district of Tekirdag as part of the Team Paribu Is With You project

As part of the Team Paribu Is With You project, implemented in cooperation with Team Paribu and Needs Map, we were in Tekirdağ on May 29th.
We visited the school with 600 students in the Saray district. We spent a day full of movement and fun with the students and helped meet their sports equipment needs.
Through the Team Paribu Is With You project, we will continue to visit different cities in Turkey to support the sports equipment needs of children in cooperation with Needs Map and Paribu.
Culture and Art
The 3rd Women Faces Festival, organized in partnership with INOGAR and Artbox Agency, is preparing for its final event
June 5, 2025
INOGAR and artbox agency, partners of the third Women Faces Festival, which took place from June 15 to 30, were in Beyoğlu for the festival events.
The festival has hosted special events such as opening concerts and events with the Consulate General of Belgium in Istanbul. It is now preparing for the Peradi Ensemble event, which will be the closing concert on July 6, and tickets are on sale on Mobilet!
The Festival of Shorts took place at DasDas from June 12 to 15
June 17, 2025
The Shorts Festival, organized by DasDas with artbox agency as the communications partner, took place from June 12 to 15. A total of 142 performance applications were received, and 2,000 people attended the four-day festival, which featured 62 performances, 62 interviews, three workshops, and a “Why Shorts?” panel.

We participated in the “Scaling Impact with Needs Mapping” panel at the Road to Global 2025 event

During the panel, our co-founders, Dr. Ali Ercan Özgür and Mert Fırat, discussed how to transition from local social change to long-term sustainable impact, moderated by Turkan Kayra Kopfer. We also had an in-depth conversation about how social innovation, data, and community-driven models can transform lives and cross borders.
We hosted the UK event for the Global Turkish Entrepreneurs Network (GTEN)
May 13, 2025
Created by Endeavor Turkey, GTEN is a global network of Turkish entrepreneurs. We hosted the UK event at DasDas Box London. One hundred Turkish entrepreneurs attended the event.
The Etki Venture Capital Investment Fund was launched
May 29, 2025
We organized the launch event for the fund, which was hosted by DasDas.
Those in attendance included Etki VCIF Co-Founders Dr. Ali Ercan Özgür and Mert Fırat; Etki VCIF Partner Can Atacık; and representatives from Rota Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. Chairman Tevfik Eraslan, took part in the event with speeches and presentations.
We organized the Ibrahim Bodur Social Entrepreneurship Program awards
June 21, 2025
This year marked the ninth iteration of the Ibrahim Bodur Social Entrepreneurship Program Awards, which were organized by the Kaleseramik Foundation (KSV) with the aim of amplifying the positive impact of social entrepreneurs. The awards were coordinated by artbox agency.
We received an award in the Sports Projects category of the Social Responsibility and Sustainability section
June 25, 2025
Our “Team Paribu Is With You: Disaster Area Sports Fields,” which we carried out in cooperation with Paribu, won the Silver Award in the Sports Projects category at the 2025 Brandverse Awards!
